If there's a topic that consistently sparks reader inquiries, it's undoubtedly denim. We receive a plethora of questions, ranging from "Are skinny jeans still fashionable?" to "How much longer will the mom jean trend endure?" Over the past few years, the world of jeans has been a rollercoaster, with styles swinging between high-rise, mid-rise, and low-rise, accompanied by an equally tumultuous hemline game (cropped! puddle! ankle! bunched! awkward crop!). It's been quite the journey.

Ok so before we go any further discussing the jeans trend, here’s a disclaimer: “We firmly believe in the freedom to wear whatever brings joy and confidence. So here's what the majority of brands are bidding farewell to: Super skinny jeans, mom fits and the overly distressed ones.

Here's a brief rundown of the jeans we anticipate will be in vogue in 2024 and beyond. Our selection is based not only on their contemporary appeal but also because, for the most part, neither rise nor fabric is a limiting factor! While low-rise jeans are enjoying a resurgence in popularity, we don't believe they'll entirely dominate the scene (unless, of course, you're a bona fide teenager). For the rest of us, the choice of rise will likely remain a matter of personal preference or, perhaps whimsically, vary from day to day (some days I like it, some days I don't).
